A healthy heart, checked regularly
Heart disease rarely announces itself. Our Cardiac Clinic combines careful listening with modern testing — resting and stress ECG, blood-pressure mapping, cholesterol and cardiac-marker panels — to catch problems early, when they are easiest to treat.
Dr. Angela Adams and Dr. Jordan Kelley lead a team that looks after everything from borderline blood pressure to post-surgery recovery, with treatment plans written in plain language.

What's included
Heart-health screening
Resting ECG, blood pressure, cholesterol and risk scoring in a single 45-minute visit.
Stress & Holter testing
Exercise ECG and 24-hour rhythm monitoring to find what a resting test can miss.
Recovery & rehab
Supervised exercise, diet and medication plans after cardiac events or surgery.
Your visit, step by step
Symptoms, history, lifestyle — we start by listening, not by testing.
Blood pressure, heart sounds and a resting ECG in the clinic room.
Blood panels or stress tests as needed, most reported the same day.
A written plan: medication, lifestyle steps and a clear review date.
Common questions
Do I need a referral to visit the Cardiac Clinic?
No. You can book directly — and if your family doctor has already run tests, bring them along so we don't repeat anything.
How should I prepare for a stress test?
Avoid heavy meals and caffeine for three hours before, wear comfortable shoes, and bring your current medication list.
Will I get my results the same day?
ECG and examination findings are explained during your visit. Blood panels usually follow within 24 hours.
