Most patients never see our laboratory — a sample is taken, and hours later an answer appears. But behind that quiet handoff sits a team of pathologists and technicians whose work shapes nearly every diagnosis in the building.
From sample to answer
Every vial is barcoded on arrival, spun, aliquoted and analyzed on calibrated instruments. Abnormal results are re-run before release, and anything urgent is phoned straight to your doctor rather than waiting in a queue. That chain — from needle to verified report — usually takes hours, not days.
“A laboratory result is a promise. We treat every sample as if it belonged to our own family.”
Why donation drives matter
Our quarterly blood drives do more than stock the blood bank. Donor samples help us validate new test kits, and the events themselves bring first-time visitors through our doors for free blood-pressure and blood-sugar checks. Last year, 388 donations were collected at Carebloom drives — each one potentially helping three patients.
Our next drive runs the first Saturday of next month, 9.30–13.00, in the clinic lobby. Walk-ins welcome; bring ID and a good breakfast.
